The Chalet des Écureuils is a luxurious 700 m² chalet located in Rochebrune, in a quiet and residential area, 5 minutes from the Rochebrune cable car and 1km from the centre of the village of Megève.
Spread over 4 levels with a lift, the chalet is ideally oriented and offers a clear view of the Val d'Arly and the magnificent sunset.
Composed of 6 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, including 3 master bedrooms, the chalet also offers a wellness area with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam, gym and a massage room.
Concerning the layout, the ground floor has 4 double bedrooms with bathroom.
On level +1, the chalet offers a large and cosy living room with a fireplace and a dining room opening onto a large balcony. On this floor there is also an independent kitchen with a dining area, as well as a TV/reading room.
The -1 level is composed of 2 double bedrooms with bathroom, and the pool area with a summer kitchen giving access to the garden and outdoor jacuzzi.
Level -2 offers an independent wellness area, worthy of the most beautiful 5-star hotels, with a sauna, a hammam, as well as a gym of about 25m², and finally an independent and fully equipped massage room.
The Chalet des Écureuils also has a large indoor car park (5/6 vehicles), as well as a ski room, with ski boot heater.
