The sympathetic renovation, completed under the discerning eye of Nicky Dobree, has ensured the traditional architecture and authentic features of this eighteenth century farmhouse have been preserved. Interiors are classically elegant, yet the cosy textures and sumptuous furnishings are warm and inviting.

This chalet is a true retreat from reality; its location is incredibly private and secluded, yet you are only moments from the chic Alpine resort of Les Gets. Standing on the balcony, you hear nothing but the tumbling stream or the morning birdsong; you see nothing but the mountains, the snow-clad pines and the skies.

The chalet's 4 floors and 6 bedrooms accommodates up to 12 people in pure luxury. The hand-picked team delivers a discreet yet highly personal service, anticipating your every need and leaving you with lasting memories.

HIGHLIGHTS

The unassuming entrance from the tiny lane has a veiled air of mystery, yet as you are welcomed through the door of Ferme de Moudon, you will feel that you have returned to a familiar and much-loved home. The sumptuous sofas call you to sink down with a book or newspaper whilst the crackling log fire warms your fingers and toes. This truly magical property with its relaxing and welcoming ambiance will leave you feeling completely at ease.

Catered

Catered service has been carefully crafted to meet the needs of the modern traveller and is specifically designed to complement the rental of our luxury private chalets. The style of service is discreet – there when you need it, but with privacy for when you don't.


Each day your hosts will set out a delicious breakfast to kick start your day with pastries, cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruits – there will also be selected hot options prepared by your Cook. The team will then be on hand to provide a private driving service – so accessing the slopes is as easy as ever. When you return to the chalet you'll find a sweet or savoury tart from an artisan pâtisserie set out for you to enjoy and on five evenings during the week your Cook will prepare a three course dinner.


Ultimately, you set the pace of the week so the service works equally well for ardent skiers or those looking for a relaxing escape. That's the point of our Catered product. It's still a catered ski holiday… just more relaxed.


STAFFING & SERVICE

Self-catered

Beautifully-appointed luxury accommodation which you can book on a self-catered basis. The properties are generally suitable for slightly smaller groups than our catered chalets, but don't let that fool you; these are still exceptional luxurious properties, all of which have been passionately designed by individual private owners. To feature in our self-catered collection, a property must be well-located near the centre of the resort. Ski lifts, shops, bars and restaurants will all be within easy walking distance.


Simple enjoyment is a key feature of our self-catered holidays, so our pre-arrival concierge service is also available to help you plan your trip. One of our resort team will meet you on arrival to make sure you feel at home during your stay, and to help you settle in you'll find a welcome hamper packed with some essentials and a few treats as well. The rooms will of course be ready for your arrival, each being made with luxury bed linen and featuring beautiful products from our partner, Bamford.

Tucked away at the end of a quiet lane in the hamlet of Moudon, the chalet sits in an intensely private location. Despite this it is only a 4-minute drive to the Perrieres Express ski lift. As well as giving great access to the Morzine/Les Gets ski area this is one of our favourite places to ski in the whole of the Portes du Soleil.

For those looking to enjoy the boutiques and restaurants of Les Gets, the town centre is only a few minutes away. There are also cross-country ski trails and wonderful snow shoe walks from Mont Caly, just above Ferme de Moudon.
