Morzine, France
Sleeps up to 20 people in six en suite bedrooms and two bunk rooms
With arguably the best views in town and all the luxury features you could ever wish for, Goldilocks & Three Bears is a truly exciting new addition to our portfolio. While such an enviable location usually comes with a heavy toll on already tired legs, the property is just a 10-minute walk from the centre of town and the Super Morzine lift, whisking you up to the snow-sure pistes of Avoriaz in no time at all.

With arguably the best views in town and all the luxury features you could ever wish for, Goldilocks & Three Bears is a truly exciting new addition to our portfolio. While such an enviable location usually comes with a heavy toll on already tired legs, the property is just a 10-minute walk from the centre of town and the Super Morzine lift, whisking you up to the snow-sure pistes of Avoriaz in no time at all.
The owners spent months looking at property in Morzine but couldn't find anything that ticked all the boxes. They knew exactly what they wanted – sunshine, glorious views and walking distance to town – but they simply couldn't find it. They returned home disheartened and then by pure chance were offered a plot of land right next to where they had stayed for many years previously. Fast forward three years and Goldilocks and her smaller sister Three Bears opened their doors to guests for the first time.
The plot was developed as two independent chalets which can be booked for 12 and 8 guests respectively, or as one booking for up to 20 people. Each has their own double level living and kitchen dining areas complete with large screen TV, fireplace and floor to ceiling windows to make the most of the epic views across town to the mountains beyond and the slopes of the Pleney.
When combined as one large property there are a plethora of balconies with plenty of comfy outdoor seating or dining areas which are the perfect spot for al fresco dining in the summer or enjoying a few apres ski drinks and watching the sunset. One of the balconies features a 4-person hot tub and the landscaped garden area to the rear of the property is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes, with a large hot tub, barrel sauna and fire pit to enjoy.
As the larger sister, Goldilocks spreads across 5 floors and features an elevator, fully-equipped gym and state of the art cinema room which comfortably seats 12 and includes a cocktail bar across the back, with extra seating in the form of bar stools. With four en suite double bedrooms and a large bunk room sleeping 4, the double bedrooms all feature balconies for when you want to enjoy the spectacular views in private.
Three Bears is the smaller of the two properties and is very much a perfectly formed chalet in its own right, The master bedroom with its huge en suite bathroom and private balcony is as impressive as any we have seen in much larger chalets. The second double bedroom is far from modest too, with superb en suite facilities and a balcony shared with the spacious en suite bunk room.
Everything is finished to the high specifications you would expect from a modern, luxury chalet, and there are abundant details and finishing touches that reflect the discerning eye of the owners.
Goldilocks & Three Bears is the perfect base to enjoy everything that Morzine and the larger Portes du Soleil have to offer. We are sure it will be incredibly popular with our guests all-year-round and for many years to come.

HIGHLIGHTS
Located a little way up the hill beneath the gondolas of the Super Morzine lift, Goldilocks has arguably the best views in town. Relax on the large south-facing terrace and enjoy a drink while watching the sun set as the last skiers make their way down the Pleney. Sure, the skiing part was great fun but isn't this what it's all really about?
We are huge fans of cinema rooms in luxury ski chalets and the one in Goldilocks certainly does not disappoint. This is so much more than just a massive TV in a darkened room – this is a proper cinema room with plenty of comfy seating and incredible surround sound, topped off with a huge cocktail bar across the back wall. Mix up a couple of Manhattans, relax and enjoy the latest Hollywood blockbuster in true style. Or grab a cuppa, snuggle up and binge on your favourite Netflix show. For those nights when you are just too tired to drag yourself off to the hot tub.
The large kitchen/diner and living room are split across two levels on the top floor of the chalet. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer uninterrupted views right across town to the mountains beyond. How could you ever tire of looking at that?

Goldilocks & Three Bears really couldn't be better placed. Spectacular views and a feeling of privacy, all within an easy 10-minute walk of the centre of Morzine and its fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. The Super Morzine lift is just across the footbridge, which makes getting up to the snow-sure slopes of Avoriaz a breeze. A further five-minute stroll, even in ski boots, brings you to the Pleney lift, granting access to the beautiful Morzine-Les Gets ski area.
