ski in ski out
A wonderful ski in ski out luxury chalet, situated next to the blue Aillouds piste, Chalet No.5 boasts over 265sqm of luxury living space. Located in the sought after enclave of Le Cret on the blue home run down to the Prarion Gondola. The chalet offers 5 bedrooms, all with en-suites bathrooms, 2 with balconies with a fabulous views over the piste. The property is laid out over 3 floors with the main entrance at lower ground level, the living space on the upper ground level and the sleeping area above.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR
Enter through the main entrance doorway on the lower ground floor where you are greeted by a large, design inspired glass reception hallway and access to the Wellness and Spa facilities. To your right, through the glass doors and with it's a separate exterior entrance also, is the large Ski Room, including a large ski and snowboard boot warmer (up to 15 pairs), a ski rack, and seating for your comfort. Adjacent to the Ski Room is the Massage and Treatments Room.
A Sauna and Steam Room, including shower and wet area is found to the left of the hallway, close to the stairs. To your far left is the Games Room with a full sized Pool Table and a a great area for kids playtime and fun. Off the games room is a luxurious Cinema Room with six sumptuous, electronically reclining, leather cinema chairs, complete with drinks cooler. The Cinema Room is equipped with the very best surround sound systems (Denon, Yamaha and Bose) and Freesat Television or choose from the large selection of BluRay DVDs . There are 2 WC's on this floor and a good sized utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Games Room is ideal for all ages, a full sized pool table, Wii console and games, and plenty of board games, puzzles and toys too.
UPPER GROUND FLOOR
Ascend the stairs and instantly the light and vibrancy of Chalet No.5 is quickly evident. The first feature that you are greeted by is the glass floor that links the stairs to the Upper Ground Floor, allowing you to see into the hallway below simultaneously. To your right is the large open plan lounge area, with fabulously luxurious, white, leather sofas that comfortably seats up to ten people. There is also a television for free-view satellite viewing. Centre place is the design inspired JC Bordelet log fireplace providing both style and warmth. As you move towards the decking you arrive in the spacious dining area. Comfortably seating up to twelve people around the oak table, with stunning views of the piste and mountains.
The patio doors in the lounge, and in the dining room bring light and access in abundance to the exterior. Step out onto the decked area and you will find the sunken hot tub that is located on the piste side of Chalet No.5. Garden furniture is also provided summertime for alfresco dining and sunbathing. Back inside the chalet, the fully fitted and equipped kitchen boasts a large serving area, two ovens, a microwave and all the essential equipment and more. To the right of the stairs as you face them is the fifth bedroom.
The patio doors in the lounge, and in the dining room bring light and access in abundance to the exterior. Step out onto the decked area and you will find the sunken hot tub that is located on the piste side of Chalet No.5. Garden furniture is also provided summertime for alfresco dining and sunbathing. Back inside the chalet, the fully fitted and equipped kitchen boasts a large serving area, two ovens, a microwave and all the essential equipment and more. To the right of the stairs as you face them is the fifth bedroom.

Ensuite bedroom with shower, basin and WC. This bedroom can be configured as a double or twin bedroom as you prefer.
FIRST FLOOR
Step onto Chalet No.5's 'Void' platform, a glass floor that allows you to view all floors below.

To the right of Bedroom 2 is the Master Bedroom One. Elegant and regal it is a large and spacious room with ample storage, a balcony overlooking the piste, and can be configured as a twin as well as a double. The ensuite consists of a corner bath with a hand held shower, WC and wash basin.
Last, but by no means least is Bedroom 4. A snug room but large enough to be configured as a double, or twin with ensuite shower room, WC and basin.

Balcony views
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are south facing with a balcony overlooking the garden and views of the piste (winter) and the Mont Blanc Massif.
Towels and Linen
For all options, including self-catering, towels and Egyptian cotton linen are provided, and beds made up on arrival.
Twins or double
All five bedrooms can be configures as either twins or doubles. Using link bases and sumptuous zip mattresses, a good nights rest can be assured.
All ensuite bedrooms
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have all ensuite showers, WC and hand basin, Bedroom 1 is an ensuite bathroom, including WC and basin and shower option in bath.
TERRACE & GARDENS
Relax and recuperation, or time to play, winter or summer the large south facing terrace and landscaped garden, the fabulous Mont-Blanc massif in the background, is ideal for families and friends to relax, take in the sun, and / or enjoy alfresco dining in the summer, or sledging, building snowmen and just having fun in the winter.
Exiting on the south side via the patio doors facing the piste you will step onto the large south facing terrace (that also wraps around the west side of the building). First time around, the views will take your breath away, winter time supplemented by the opportunity to watch the skiers and snowboarders flowing past in the day, and marvel at the piste bashers in the evening as they go about their work at night.
In the summer, and spring-time, in front of the living room patio doors you will find a large table and chairs, sitting ten people comfortably. With the wonderful sunshine the valley enjoys throughout the summer, and due to Chalet No.5's south-facing aspect, a large sun parasol is essential and therefore supplied accordingly. Two sun loungers for recuperation and topping up that summer tan are also supplied in the summer and also spring-time (the latter on request). A gas barbecue is also supplied.
To the left of the decking you will find the luxuriously sunken hot tub in a secluded position, but still maintaining discreet views of the piste. Moving around the decking to the west side of the chalet, here you will find the children's swings, a wood store, shed and another terrace.
There is hard standing for 2 to 3 cars.

Hot tub
The sunken hot tub is situated on the south facing decking, views of the magnificent mountain vista, and piste in the winter.

South and west facing terrace. Views of Mont-Blanc Massiif, dining table and chairs, deckchairs and parasol provided summer (and spring-time).
Gas barbeque
Summer guests enjoy the benefit of a gas barbecue and one free bottle of gas for alfresco dining on the south facing decking.
Children's swings
Next to the decking on the west side there is a double swing and rope climb for small children and visible from the main living area.

The Luxury Plus continues to be one of your favourite choices. Sole use of the chalet and its luxurious facilities, based on 10 people, the offer includes:
One minibus is provided within the package price which can carry 8 passengers. Multiple trips will be necessary should your party exceed this number and you want to travel to the same destination, for example to a restaurant. Alternatively a supplementary vehicle is possible at an additional charge.
